Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address within the United States, with some restrictions depending on the product.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • After placing your order, you will receive:
    1. Order confirmation email
    2. Shipment confirmation email with tracking information

Please note: Larger orders (including stocking or bulk freight orders) may require additional processing time due to preparation, palletizing, and freight scheduling.

Ground Shipping (Standard Shipments)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound
  • Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is up to 5 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or location

Freight Shipping (LTL Shipments)

Oversized items (such as enclosures, palletized orders, or bulk items) ship via freight carrier.

Delivery & Scheduling

  • The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (typically a 4–5 hour window)
  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment
  • Deliveries are made curbside or to a loading dock

Important Responsibilities

  • The driver will bring the shipment to the back of the truck
  • Customer is responsible for offloading the shipment
  • Proper equipment (help, forklift, etc.) must be arranged in advance if needed

Access & Delivery Conditions

  • Freight deliveries are typically made using full-size semi trucks (48–53 ft trailers)
  • If your location has limited access (tight roads, steep driveways, etc.), you must notify us at the time of order
  • Failure to do so may result in:
    • Re-delivery fees
    • Additional access charges
    • Terminal pickup requirements

Additional Freight Charges

Any additional fees incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • Address changes
  • Limited access fees
  • Re-delivery attempts
  • Storage fees
  • Liftgate service (if used at time of delivery)

If liftgate service is required but not arranged in advance, any charges billed by the carrier will be passed on to the customer.

By accepting shipment, you authorize these charges if applicable.

Freight Inspection (VERY IMPORTANT)

All freight shipments must be fully inspected at the time of delivery.

Before Signing:

  • Check for:
    • Damage (dents, scratches, broken packaging)
    • Missing items
    • Shifted or compromised pallets

If Damage is Found:

  • You must note it on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing
  • Take photos immediately
  • If severe damage is present, refuse the shipment and mark it “DAMAGED/REFUSED”

Important:

  • Signing without noting damage = accepting the shipment as-is
  • Claims cannot be filed if damage is not documented at delivery

Offloading & Delivery Expectations

  • Customer is responsible for unloading and moving the shipment beyond curbside
  • Allow up to 15–60 minutes for unloading depending on shipment size
  • Additional charges may apply for delays

Return Policy

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
  • A 15% restocking fee applies

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3 weeks of providing the return to the carrier:

  • Return transit: 2–5 business days
  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 2–5 business days

How to Initiate a Return

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s)
  • Reason for return

We will respond with instructions.

International Orders – Shipping & Returns

All international orders are subject to the following:

  • Final Sale – No Returns
  • Risk transfers to buyer once shipped
  • Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes
  • No monetary refunds on international orders

Possible Resolutions (if applicable):

  • Store credit
  • Reshipment (shipping charges may apply)
