Dealer Requirements and Information
Sky High Car Audio Dealer and Distributor Information 2026
Requirements for all dealers:
- Must have a commercial retail location, shipping warehouse or installation shop.
- Must have an active business license and reseller permit.
- $500 minimum opening order.
Tier 1 for Sky High Car Audio products ONLY:
- Requirements:
o $500 opening order to acquire Tier 1 dealer status.
o $1,000 quarterly or $4000 annual quota to retain Tier 1 dealer status.
o Inactivity for greater than 1 year will require new application.
- Discounts:
o Dealer cost on all SHCA items.
o Free shipping on orders $1000 or more in SHCA items.
o We do not cover lift gates, limited access, residential fees or any surcharges.
Tier 1 “Jobber” INCLUDING all brands we carry:
- Requirements:
o $1,500 opening order to acquire Tier 1 dealer status.
o $1,500 quarterly or $6,000 annual quota to retain Ter 1 dealer status.
o Inactivity for greater than 1 year will require new application.
- Discounts:
o Dealer cost on all brands we carry.
o Free shipping on orders $1000 or more in SHCA items.
o Free shipping on orders $5000 or more with mixing brands.
o We do not cover lift gates, limited access, residential fees or any surcharges.
Tier 2 Dealers – Automatically includes all brands:
- Requirements:
o $5,000 opening order of SHCA products to acquire Tier 2 dealer pricing.
o $3,000.00 quarterly or $12,000 annually to retain Tier 2 dealer pricing.
- Discounts:
o Dealer cost on all items and brands we carry.
o Additional 9% off Tier 1 dealer on all SHCA items.
o Free shipping at $3,000.00 or more in SHCA items.
o Free shipping at $7,500.00 or more in mixing brands.Sky High Car Audio
o Drop ships are available for all Tier 2 dealers but will incur and extra 10%
surcharge or $15; whatever is less. Drop ship total cannot exceed 25% of dealers
total volume.
o We do not cover lift gates, limited access, residential fees or any surcharges.
Tier 3 Distributors – Automatically includes all brands:
- Requirements:
o $25,000 opening order of SHCA products to acquire Tier 3 Distributor pricing.
o Free shipping at $10,000.00 or more in SHCA items.
o Free shipping at $15,000.00 or more in mixing brands.
o $10,00.00 quarterly quota to retain Tier 3 Distributor pricing.
- Discounts:
o If this is an option for your business, please feel free to call us and we can go over
all requirements, discounts and to set up your account.
- Drop Ships:
o Drop ships are available for all Tier 3 Distributors but will incur and extra 10%
surcharge or $15; whatever is less.
o Drop ship total cannot exceed 25% of dealers total volume.
- Payment options:
o No cost payment methods for Tier 3 orders are wire transfer, ACH or check.
o All credit card transactions will incur a 3% fee on top of invoice value.
Shipping and receiving items:
All items that we offer are plus shipping unless discussed otherwise or minimums are
met for the free shipping threshold. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be
processed and shipped (based on in stock items). We do our best to get all packages out same
day but if we are experiencing high volumes same day shipping may be impossible. We
currently ship using USPS and FedEx for parcel as well as FedEx and Saia for freight shipments.
We will always ship to you the best way to get your items to you the safest and fastest way
possible. If an item is received damage, please take as many pictures as you can of any
damages to the package and the product inside. Contact us about the issue so that we can file

Information 2026
Charge Card on File Option for shipping:
Our Charge Card on File option is a convenient choice for covering shipping costs when
they aren’t paid upfront. This option is especially helpful if the shipping calculator doesn’t
provide an estimate, or the shipping cost seems inaccurate. If your order doesn’t qualify for free
shipping, we’ll process the shipping charges using the payment method on file, typically 2 to 4
weeks after your order has shipped, once the final invoice from the shipping company is
received.
Warranties:
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacture defect on all Sky High Car Audio
products. We also honor standard manufacture warranties for all the brands that we carry
(please contact if you have question a specific item). All warranties will be handled directly with
us in most cases. The dealer is responsible for contacting SHCA about the item in question and
shipping the item back to SHCA. Once we receive the item it will take 2-3 business days to test
the product and confirm/deny warranty defect. We will contact the dealer with the next step,
which depending on the brand/item it will be replacement, or we send the item out for repair.
Drop Shipments:
We strive to have all our dealers stock our product. But as we know you might have the
occasional order that you need sent direct to the customer. We will be able to send orders
direct to your customer however on any drop shipments the dealer will be charged at the
pricing level below their current level. So, if you are a Tier 2 dealer and send a drop ship, you
will be charged at Tier 1 pricing plus shipping.
